For a long time, Wuhan has become an important garment production base and wholesale center in China by virtue of its convenient transportation, large-scale factory resources, solid industrial clusters and other advantages, and "Hanpai clothing" is well-known in the north and south of the country. However, since the epidemic, the development of Hanpai clothing brands has encountered a bottleneck that is difficult to break through, taking the leading enterprises of local commerce and trade as an example, affected by the epidemic, the sales of offline stores have dropped sharply, and the measures of live streaming have still achieved little results.
 
In March 2022, in order to effectively understand the needs of local clothing brands in Wuhan and provide targeted services, Hu Yuting, founder of Hangzhou Zhiyi Supply Chain and SVP of Zhiyi Technology, Chen Xiangfeng, Supply Chain Director, and Zheng Mingguo, Commercial Director, went to Wuhan to conduct research, visited more than 30 representative clothing brands and factories in Panlong City and Hanchuan, Wuhan, and conducted in-depth exchanges with the heads of leading local clothing enterprises to discuss solutions to current industry problems.
 
 
In the survey, it was found that the problems that generally plagued local garment companies were: 1. Affected by the epidemic, the sales volume of offline stores fell sharply, resulting in a backlog of inventory and occupying a large amount of the company's operating funds; Second, the design lacks rational data support, relies too much on human judgment, blindly opens and the style is homogeneous, and lacks competitiveness; 3. Invest high R&D costs but fail to achieve the expected results, and the design efficiency is low; Fourth, the sales channel is traditional and single, and there is an urgent need to expand new sales channels.

The status of each garment in storage, warehousing, recoloring, and lending is systematically presented, which greatly improves the efficiency of style management.
